We built this because we needed it.

We're John and Matt. We run 2nd Foundry, an internal software incubator, and we've been shipping products inside startups and incubators for our entire careers.

Even though we have incubated many products, we always had a team around us to cover our gaps. When we went off on our own, we lost that safety net, and had to make decisions in domains we had influenced but never owned before. AI helped us mitigate, but we couldn't confidently identify where it was wrong.

So we started to lean on our network of peers, coworkers, and mentors who had already made the call we were about to make. They gave us feedback, validation, and the harsh truths we needed to hear to make a decision with intent and reasoning we could stand behind.
